Remember to subscribe for a steady stream of Useful Tips.
Sometimes for a long edit with many clips in it you will accidentally use the same clip twice.
A quick way to see if you have used the clip or not is to select the Show Duplicate Frame Markers.
The settings for this will be on the upper left side of the sequence window in the wrench icon.
Select it in order to view duplicate sections of a clip.
When selected this setting will show a coloured marker stripe on the bottom of each clip,
or portion of a clip that is duplicated within the sequence.
