Aloor Dom without oil Bengali Recipe, today I will share most famous aloor dom recipe.It is a very popular Indian Veg Recipe.This is very simple tasty and health conscious dish. You can prepare dum aloo Bengali recipe for you guest and server with roti, paratha or luchi. I hope they will be very happy.


Ingredients:


1.Potatoes 3 piece
2.Ginger + Garlic Paste 2 tsp
3.onion,draid chili andTomato paste
4.Salt to taste
5.Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
6Garam Masala
7.Bay Leaf
8.1Chopped Onion
9.Cumin ½ tsp Coriander ½ tsp
10. Sugar ½ tsp
11. Black pepper


Methods of How to make Niramish Aloor Dum for vegetarian:


1.Add water in hot pan. wait for boil water.
2.Add garam masala,1 bay leaves, blackpepper, and 2 dry chillis. Fry for 15 to 20 sec.
3.Add 1Chopped Onion .Fry for 1 min in medium flame.
4.Add onion,draid chili andTomato paste.
5.2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste. Fry for 1 min in medium flame.
5.Add 1 tsp turmeric powder.
6. salt to taste
7.Add potatoes
8.Add 1tsp cumin and coriander powder, Mixed it well.
9. Add 1 cup water. Now close the lid and Cook in medium flame for 5 min.
9. After 5 min add Sugar ½ tsp. Mixed it well.
10. Now taste the salt and sugar. Add more as per your taste. Cook in high flame for 2 min.
11.Then Put off the gas oven. Close the lid for 5 min.
13. aloor dum is ready to serve.
14. Serve hot with Bhoger khichurie luchi , Roti, Paratha, Kachuri etc.
