Ingredients:
Milk 1 litre
Pasta vermicelli ½ Cup
Sugar 1/3 Cup
Almonds sliced ½ Cup
vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp
Milk ½ Cup
Gulab jaman optional
Almonds chopped
Method
Boil milk. Add pasta vermicelli and cook. Add sugar, mix well and
cook until sugar is dissolved. Add almonds and mix well. Mix milk
with custard powder, add in, mix continuously and cook until it
thickens. In serving dish,add custard vermicelli and garnish
with gulab jaman and almonds.
Potato mince pakoras
Ingredients:
oil 2-3 tbsp
Onion sliced 1
Garlic sliced 6-7 cloves
Green chillies sliced 3-4
Potatoes boiled 3-4
Beef Mince 250g
Red chillies crushed 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 ½ tsp
White pepper powder ½ tsp
Cumin seeds roasted & crushed ½ tsp
Cornflour 2-3 tbsp
Egg 1
oil for frying
Method :
Heat oil, add onion, garlic, green chillies & fry until golden
& set aside. Mix grated potatoes with beef mince, add red chilli
crushed, salt, black pepper powder, chicken powder, white pepper
powder, cumin seeds, cornflour, fried onion, garlic & chillies,
egg & mix until well combined. Heat oil and deep fry fritters
until golden brown. Serve with tomato ketchup.
