Описание: Now for sale a beautiful SLR 5000 tribute with A9X body kit and widebody flares, Presented in Barbados Green with Black interior sporting a 308ci V8 engine, Turbo 400 automatic gearbox.

This 1975 Holden Torana has been meticulously restored into an LX SLR 5000 tribute. It started as a well maintained survivor, having been stored indoors throughout its life. With such a well-preserved car provided the benefit of no rust repairs being necessary.

The body was install with A9X-style flares and body kit alongside items specific to the LX model. Following this, it underwent professional repainting in arguably one of the best original colours for these vehicles "Barbados Green" contrasting with gloss black SLR 5000 accents. The chrome bumpers were refurbished while bonnet hinges and door latches received zinc coating treatment.

The car's interior has been refurbished in black, featuring new carpeting and seats. It includes a new SLR dash with new Green LED dash lights and a Bluetooth Pioneer head unit paired with front and rear speakers.

Under the hood, a modified 308ci V8 engine, it was bored 0.030 over with Hypatec pistons, mild cam, L34 heads, Yella Terra roller rockers, high volume oil pump, Edelbrock manifold and freshly tuned 650 Holley carburettor. Spark is provided by an MSD ignition and distributor.

Exhaust gases are released via a 2 ½” dual exhaust setup, with cooling support provided by twin thermo fans. The engine is matched with a Turbo 400 automatic transmission, enhanced with a stage 2 shift kit and refurbished by Wodonga Transmissions. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels through a nine-inch differential equipped with an LSD center and featuring 3.5 gears. The suspension has been improved using King springs and Monroe shocks, while all steering components including ball joints, tie rod ends, and bushes have been replaced.

Enhancing its tough exterior is A9X Drop Tank and a set of Vintage 15" Hotwires wrapped in 225/50/R15 front tyres and 265/50/R15 rears.

The car has been mod plated and previously registered in QLD. It now retains NSW Club registration, These widebody SLR Toranas are impressive Australian muscle cars, and this particular car is a great representation.
