The new Adventure Rally is not a restyled version of the original Adventure Rally, it is a new jacket from the bottom up. The outer materials have been updated to use all Gore-Tex Armacor, Gore-Tex Pro-Shell stretch, and SuperFabric Talisman Dot. The new materials offer move ease of movement, better abrasion resistance, and more flexibility. Bonded to the outershell materials is the breathable Gore-Tex Pro Shell membrane that is guaranteed for life to keep you dry. The outer shell also features a new 3M reflective schematic that offers better visibility from a farther distance, helping to earlier identify the rider to motorists. All outer pockets and vents use YKK Aquagurd Vislon zippers that are highly water-resistant. 10 outer pockets for stashing goods are all water resistant and offer smart storage options for essentials. 8 external vents at the arms, chest and back help to pass air over the body. D30 Xergo XT armor comes equipped in the shoulders, elbows, and CE Level 2 Back. The chest harness uses a double layer of Dow Corning Deflexion that promotes breathability and offers impact protection. The fit is closer than the original Adventure Rally, but there is still plenty of room to layer underneath when needed. The Adventure Rally will be offered in Black and Grey options and in US sizes S-3XL. Mates perfectly with the new Adventure Rally pant using the 360 degree zipper.
