Welcome to a yin yoga practice for stress relief. This class will be a slow and deep stretch for the entire body. We will release built up tension and work on breathing through any anxiety. We will focus on the shoulders, back, hips and psoas.
No props needed but I highly recommend making this class as comfortable and cozy for yourself as you can. You can use pillows and blankets as props.
This is class is beginner friendly. All levels welcome. Only go as deep as you need in a pose.
Remember the time to stay in each pose is just a suggestion. Whenever you have had enough return to child pose or shavasana.
