Our Specialty
Our cattle will eat all sorts of wildflowers and undergrowth, in fact they will “self – medicate” with the suitable herbage, given the space and liberty to do so, meaning they will graze out plants which comprises of the proper vitamins and mineral deposits they require.
As a matter of fact, “Grass – Fed” Beef is naturally better balanced in Omega3 and Omega 6 fatty acids than Grain Fed Beef.
We are not 100% certified organic, for a diversity of good explanations, including that our cattle are grazed on natural reserves that are organically grown but not certified, but our cattle rearing criteria are as high in all respects as any method we know of.
We use the best obtainable cattle from humanely raised and managed farmers who are only inclined towards rearing cattle on grasses.
Our “Grass-Fed” meat is naturally slightly darker in colour than “Grain-Fed” market meat but more strong and juicy in flavour.

I hope we all know that the meat industry usually does not exist for the good of your well-being, but to make more and more returns. Concerns such as farmers existence, meat quality levels, environment and customer health, are very much inferior exercises if deliberated at all. Even “Organic” labeling occurs in many producers/processors corporate models merely as a way to surge profits.
At HARDOI LIVESTOCK & MEAT our priorities are different, we are committed in producing and selling highest possible quality and tasty meat and we are getting successful in it by using the native breeds of Pakistan namely Nili-Ravi, Kundi, Sahiwal, Lohani, Bhagnari, Kankrej and Tharparkar.
We avoid shed confinement till the animals are transported to the abattoir. We keep the animals in the holding area prior to slaughtering so that the stress level comes down within the most desired range, plus to ensure their muscles are relaxed and they are fully hydrated so our clients receive tender meat.
All of our carcasses and boneless meat are graded to ensure we deliver only the best quality.
All livestock are carefully chosen according to market requirements or pre-ordered criterion. All livestock are raised on organic pastures and we strongly oppose supplementing with antibiotics or growth hormone implants.
All of our cattle are grouped by age, weight and breed to simplify the prospective buyer’s choice. This procedure has continued as a part of our product and service policy which brings buyers back year after year.
