After 3 months waiting for shipping space, 2 months sailling, 8 containers shipped on 4 lots, the Shinko Super Alpha casemaker has been installed and starts producing in the customer's factory finally. Congratulations!
Shinko Super Alpha 1227, 5 color flexo printing slotting die cutting inline folding gluing countering ejecting machine, running at high speed 300 pcs per minute. Newlly installed without prefeeder, they feed sheets manually to match the machine speed. The load former is a little slow to catch the flexo folder gluer.
It's the 8th KL & Shinko flexo printing machines for this customer, our VIP customer in the US. They have 924 Inside & Outside printing flexo folder gluer, Jumbo 2253 flexo folder gluer, 1628 and 1632 flexo rotary die cutter. The COVID-19 cannot stop the enthusiasm of customers to buy machines. The company plans to buy 20 sets more KL & Shinko flexo machines.
