Today i am sharing high protein dhokla and chutney recipe which are very tasty and easy to make … Dhokla is our gujrati’s comfort food and very healthy so friends here in this recipe i have used different pulses to get more protein so friends try out this healthy dhokla and garlic chutney recipe this chutney you can keep for 10 to 15 days in fridge here are all ingredients
For dhokla
2 bowl rice
1 bowl chana dal
1/2 bowl moong dal
1/2 bowl tuver daal
1 bowl cooked rice
2 bowl butter milk
dry fenugreek
2 green chilly
1 tbsp ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
For chutney
dry red chilly 7 to 8
10 to 12 garlic cloves
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1/2 tbsp cumin
salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
water as required
