Ingredients
Makes about 14 servings

1/2 cup (110g) butter, room temperature
1/2 cup (110g) vegetable oil
1 ½ cup (300g) sugar
4 medium eggs
1 tsp (5g) vanilla powder
1 cup (240g) low-fat yogurt
3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour
2 ½ tsp (10g) baking powder
1 tsp (5g) salt

For the Chocolate Batter
1/3 cup (40g) cocoa powder
1/3 cup (80g) low-fat yogurt
1 tbsp (15ml) milk or water, If the batter is too thick

For garnish
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45-50 minutes
