You will learn about its pre-war significance for the Jewish community, and about the preparation of the crime: the involvement of police battalions, digging of ditches, etc. The guide explains how the occupiers misled people by ordering them to appear at Church Square with their belongings and food. The eyewitness accounts describe how the victims were led to Sosonky, where the prepared death pits awaited them.
