As Saturn prepares to move out of Pisces and we collectively shift from slower Earth and Water energies into faster-moving Air and Fire, this is a powerful time to take stock of what is not meant to move forward with you. This requires slowing down, going inward, and listening deeply to your intuition.


Your nervous system is an internal navigation and alert system, constantly communicating with you through sensation, emotion, energy, and intuition. When we learn how to listen to our body’s messages and discern intuition from fear-based narratives, we begin to cultivate deeper self-trust, balance, confidence, and embodied divine feminine wisdom.


This work matters deeply to me because Your Feminine Current exists to support your return to wholeness, restoring self-worth, intuitive connection, courage, and soulful alignment. My soul mission is to empower women and feminine beings to embrace their feminine nature as a source of strength, creativity, balance, and fulfillment, guided by the rhythms of nature and the cosmos.


In this episode, I speak into polyvagal theory, trauma responses, and how to identify what state your nervous system is in—so you can meet yourself with compassion and learn how to move from fear into trust. This is not psychotherapy, and I always encourage you to honor your needs and seek professional support if this work inspires you to do so.


When we create, manifest, or move toward what truly matters to us, it must come from a place of trust, not force or fear. Fear may still be present, but intuition teaches us how to move with it rather than be ruled by it.


Your body already knows the way. It is your most advanced technology, gently guiding you home.
