No Bharat Stage-3 or BS-III compliant vehicles cannot be made or sold after April this year. The industry should move to the next level of emission norms called Bharat Stage-4 or BS-IV but, motown claims that a they have huge unsold inventory after the government's demonetisation and hence they should be given some relief while selling those cars.
