From Bait to BEAST! – Biggest Striped Bass I’ve Caught!

Today I was throwing the sand crabs again because the seaweed was thick and the fish were picky! They wanted nothing to do with bucktails or jerkbaits, but could not resist a sandcrab. I was able to land my largest ever striped bass at 30 inches, as well as a few others. I even caught some perch later in the day. I hope you enjoy!

Rod(s)- Okuma Hawaiian Custom 10’ 7”
Reel(s)- PENN Spinfisher 4500
Lure(s)- Hardshell and Softshell Sand Crabs
Line- 20lb 8x braid → 25lb mono
