Assalam o Alaikum!
This is Dr.Zulfiqar Ahmad Tanoli. In this video I am demonstrating about Anestrous in cattle.
Case Study:
Animal was presented with a history of Anestrous/Acyclicicity from last 1.5 years after parturition.Animal Coat was rough also.
Upon Rectal Examination there was no abnormalities in Reproductive Tract i-e Uterus+Ovaries rather uterus was contracted and both ovaries were inactive so we decided to do following.
1).Deworming
Deworming with albendazole i-e Alba 10 Plus (ICI) @ 30ml P/O.We can also use Triclabendazole combinations like Triclabendazole+Oxfendazole(Vorcid)(ICI) @ 50ml or (Thunder Drench)Albendazole+Ivermectin+Minerals @30ml you can use one of them.
2).Injection of Delmavital:
Inject delmavital injection(Vitami E +Biotin)(Fatro specs) 15ml IM.If it is not available then you can also drench Ovulik Plus (Ghazi Bros) @ 250ml and give 15 days’ gap
3).Give Alsee oil (Linseed) @ 60gram/Day mix in feed.
4).Apply Double synch Protocol
Day 0 (Conceptal,Serilin,Receptal,Delmerilin)
Day 7 (Prostenol,Cyclomate,Delmazin,Estrumate)
Day 9 (Conceptal,Serilin,Receptal,Delmerilin)
Day 16 (Conceptal,Serilin,Receptal,Delmerilin)
Day 23 (Prostenol,Cyclomate,Delmazin,Estrumate)
Day 25 (Conceptal,Serilin,Receptal,Delmerilin)
