70 minutes modern Vinyasa Yoga class for yoga beginners who want to level up to intermediate. In this class, we try jumping and kicking to handstand from Down Dog in each Vinyasa flows. We work a lot with core and full body strength. It’s a fun and strong 💪 yoga class.
The class starts with breathing exercise (pranayama) and warm up for the whole body. Then we go through Sun Salutations and Vinyasa Flows to build up full body strength and flexibility to get ready for the peak poses. The class ends with cool down, stretches and a nice long rewarding Savasana.
