Описание: Bill Collins, 66, is shown setting world record for the 100-meter dash in the men’s age 65-69 age group on April 28, 2017, at the Penn Relays in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His time of 12.33 bettered the listed M65 world record of 12.37 jointly held by American Stephen Robbins in 2008 at Eugene, Oregon, and Slovakia’s Vladmir Vybostok at Zittau, Germany, on August 18, 2012.
