This comes with its positives and negatives, but I'd also like to look closer at the media landscape this type of content contributes to. Whether we like it or not we're part of it, so we might as well strap in for the ride!

Many of the examples I used here, particularly outfit content, are things I personally enjoy and create myself. My intention here is to discuss how we can consume this content in a more conscious or healthy way.
