Paradox of Thrift

Описание: It is a very interesting concept of Economics ---If all the people in an economy start saving more total saving of the economy falls.
Remember it is aggregate demand which gives a boost to the economy. The higher the consumption Expenditure more will be the National Income but the economy should be self-sufficient, not dependent on another country for fulfilling the demand of people. Higher aggregate Demand creates more employment and output.
