How to P2R (pay to review):
1. Do a lightblue superchat at least (the ones that you can write, if not then it won't count)
2. Do gifted membership (1 is fine but do tell me or mods that you do it for P2R)
3. If there's a sign that said no P2R then no more P2R after the sign is up, but the previous P2R still counts.
