Описание: The “Look To The Rock” workshops provided an engaging programme for children and families, integrating local knowledge of marine environments to illustrate the geological history and formation of Portland Stone. Delivered on a fortnightly basis throughout the project, the workshops offered a multidisciplinary learning experience. Contributors included young architects, environmental artists, local naturalists and geologists, as well as stonemasons and stone carvers. Each specialist shared their skills and expertise, enabling participants to gain a deeper understanding of both the natural and cultural heritage of the island.
