This is what happens if Joel kills Sam when you give him a hug. To get this to happen, follow these easy steps:
1) Start a new game and play until Day 2.
2) Enter Joel's apartment just east of Sam's.
3) Go into the southwestern room and grab the teddy bear, Fuzzy. Go back to the main room.
4) Get in a fight with some teeth enemy. Just keep guarding until Sam has taken enough damage to be under 10 HP. Escape (and hope you fail and get killed like I did twice...).
5) Enter the bathroom by using the northwestern door in the main room.
6) Interact with Joel. Talk to him until he turns around and combat starts.
7) Open your inventory and use Fuzzy on Joel. When he reaches for a hug, choose to hug him.
Joel should now kill Sam during the hug, and this little 'generic' ending will play!
