This Prestige 500 is a standout example of Beneteau Group luxury craftsmanship. With just 450 engine hours and a history of gentle use between Fremantle and Rottnest, she presents in terrific condition. Much of her time has been spent enjoying life at rest on a mooring rather than extensive cruising, which is reflected in her exceptional overall presentation.

Powered by Volvo Penta IPS pod drives with electronic joystick control, complemented by a Quick bow thruster, she is remarkably easy to handle--even for those new to a vessel of this size.

Upon entering the cabin, the Prestige 500 immediately impresses with her high-end finish. Oak cabinetry, walnut composite flooring, and light, soft furnishings create a refined yet welcoming interior that is easy on the eye.

The galley is located to port and features an upright refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, below-bench oven, and generous food preparation space. Just one step up is the dining and living area, positioned on the same level as the lower helm station. This is a highly sociable space, flooded with natural light and offering wonderful views of the water beyond. Two electric side windows provide excellent cross-flow ventilation, while full air-conditioning services all interior living areas and cabins for year-round comfort.

Accommodation is thoughtfully arranged across two zones. Opposite the galley, a staircase leads down to the impressive midship master stateroom, complete with two hull windows, television, and a private ensuite. Forward of the saloon are two guest cabins - one with an island queen berth and the other with twin single berths - sharing a beautifully appointed semi ensuite with a separate shower stall.

All décor is modern and original and appears barely lived in. Interior timberwork remains in excellent condition, and even the carpets show little to no wear.

The aft deck features a U-shaped lounge and solid timber table, comfortably seating seven to eight guests. The flybridge overhang provides shade, and when additional cover is required, an electric awning can be deployed at the touch of a button. Upholstery throughout remains in superb condition.

A transom door opens onto the integrated teak-laid swim platform, which is wide enough to accommodate several deck chairs. The transom lifts to reveal the tender garage, housing a barely used Williams Jet Tender. With the tender removed, this space becomes a substantial storage area for water toys and equipment.

One of the defining features of Mediterranean-style luxury cruisers is the expansive flybridge, and the Prestige 500 delivers in full. Designed as a primary entertaining space, it includes seating for many guests, a lounge with solid timber table, sun lounge, wet bar, and a fully equipped helm with duplicated navigation systems. To better suit Western Australian conditions, the owners commissioned a well known local ship builder to create a beautifully crafted custom fibreglass hardtop, dramatically enhancing her comfort, usability, and functionality.

For those seeking a quieter retreat, the bow offers a sunbed with a pop-up bimini for additional shade when required.

A prime berth at Port Coogee Marina may also be available to approved purchasers.
