Butter Paneer Curry Recipe; (Butter Chicken)
Heat 120ml Oil in a pan
Add in 1 large onion diced and 4 garlic cloves crushed. Sautee until soft.
Add spices on top (Tumeric, Garam Masala, Ginger, Cumin, Cayenne Pepper)
Add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste and cook for 1 minute
Next add 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 400ml Coconut Cream can and mix well
Turn the heat to medium and simmer. Then add chicken or paneer. Cover pan and stir occasionally for 25-30m
When sauce has thickened, serve with rice
