Dr. Lauren Bull is an NHS Sexual Health Consultant and passionate educator redefining how we talk about sex, intimacy, and human connection. With over a decade of experience teaching sex education to thousands of young people, Lauren brings clarity, compassion, and humour to some of the most misunderstood aspects of modern life.

Armed with a Master’s in Public Health and seven postgraduate diplomas in holistic health, she blends medical expertise with a deep understanding of emotional wellbeing. Her TED Talk, “When Porn Becomes the Curriculum: Killing Real Connection One Click at a Time,” challenges how digital culture and hypersexualised media are shaping young people’s understanding of pleasure, consent, and connection and asks what we’re losing when honest conversations go missing.
