🥘 Ingredients: ✔️ Tender Mutton (1 kg) ✔️ Fresh Tomatoes (½ kg) ✔️ Garlic & Ginger Paste (1 tbsp each) ✔️ Black Pepper & Salt (to taste) ✔️ Green Chilies (4-5) ✔️ Cooking Oil (½ cup) ✔️ Fresh Coriander & Ginger (for garnish)

🔥 Cooking Method:
1️⃣ Cook mutton with garlic, ginger, salt & water until tender.
2️⃣ Add tomatoes & let them soften before mixing.
3️⃣ Stir in black pepper & green chilies for a spicy kick!
4️⃣ Garnish with fresh coriander & ginger.
5️⃣ Serve hot with naan or roti!
