Описание: Dr. Osman Ahmed shares a technique for catheterizing the left gastric artery. He explains the use of reverse curve catheters, such as the Simmons or SOS catheter, to engage the orifice of the celiac artery. By gently pulling the catheter down while puffing contrast, the catheter tip drags along the roof of the celiac artery and eventually clicks into the left gastric artery. This provides a clear path to feed the micro catheter into the left gastric artery. #interventionalradiologist #gibleed #irad #medEd #podcastclips #VI429
