During his keynote address, Julian will officially open the 2nd One NHS Finance engagement campaign which offers an excellent opportunity for NHS finance staff across England to provide valuable feedback on the delivery of the 5-year NHS Finance Development Strategy, which was launched in 2021. In addition to launching the campaign, Julian will provide an update regarding the current and future challenges facing finance leaders and their teams, and insight into the new financial operating framework and its implementation across the system.
