A nice workout at Dillon Beach. There were at least three swell components. I compiled a few scenes where you can see the waves stack up and do interesting things. You also get an idea how the irregular periods don't exactly make for nice, long runs. For most of us, this was an exercise in surf zone boat control more than surfing -- which is not a bad thing at all. Except if your boat control fails, and then your roll fails, and you have to walk your boat to shore...
Nope! Did not happen to me this time. For a change, I might want to add. Surfing keeps you humble, as one of the paddlers said. We'll do this again!
