32 Through Harecastle Tunnel To The Macclesfield canal.

Описание: I leave Great Haywood and continue my journey to the Macclesfield Canal via the Harecastle Tunnel. It was a lovely cruise to the tunnel where I'd booked a passage. Never having been through this tunnel I was a little apprehensive as the tunnel is often referred to as the Scarecastle Tunnel. In the end, I didn't find it that bad although it was cold and wet. Having passed through the tunnel I finally reached the Macclesfield Canal which I have been looking forward to.
First Impressions of the Macclesfield are good and I am sure I will enjoy this beautiful canal and area of the country.
