This year, at Son de Flor, we are celebrating 5 years of creating timeless linen dresses and sharing our slow fashion ideas with the world. Vaida, the creative soul of the brand, and her sister Indrė, our strategist and general manager keeping everything in order, sat down to tell the story of how the company was born. From the first office in a garage to the first linen Classic Dress. Sisters tell the tale of slowing down and turning a dream to create and share beauty with the world into a reality. They share the secrets of working together and finding the balance between structure and creativity.
Son de Flor is following the slow and sustainable fashion path, creating from one of the most eco-friendly fabrics - linen. Slowly adding more, in 2022, we introduced hemp as well. As slow fashion is born unhurriedly, Son de Flor creates garments that will remain timeless and relevant at all times, thinking through every detail, material, and style.
