I know this isn't a game soundtrack, but this one's for me. Kevin Penkin is an incredible artist and his soundtracks never miss.

Full disclosure: Made In Abyss has an incredible soundtrack and beautiful visuals but it's not for everyone. The story gets very disturbing and messed up to the point where it's a struggle to watch at times, and I don't agree with many of the writing choices, especially in the second season.

If you're just getting into anime, don't watch it. If you're ready to feel sick to your stomach, then go right ahead.

😊 Music also triggers the hippocampus, which is the part of your brain that’s associated with long-term memory storage. That’s why songs from the past can help you re-enact memories, and why many of us feel nostalgic when we hear songs from our childhood, adolescence or peak times in our life. The song is helping to bring back fond and pleasant memories.
