The rack wasn’t right… so we had to fix it.
In Part 2 of this build, we go back to the shop to re-work our custom bed rack and spare tire mount for our 2025 Polaris XPEDITION. What started looking more like a ski rack needed to become a proper off-road setup — stronger, cleaner, and built to actually work in the dirt.
