Mugaritz is a well-known restaurant in Rentería, Guipúzcoa, which opened on March 1998 under the management of Chef Andoni Luis Aduriz.
For approximately three hours, and through about 20 creations together they will try to weave a tale of stories, gestures and emotions around the table. And also out of it. Flavors, textures and aromas that you can enjoy and feel using your hands to stimulate all the senses and to evoke their more primal customs.
