INGREDIENTS (serving size: 3-4)
1 whole Dungeness crab (3 lbs)
1 cup of corn starch
1 cup of tapioca flour
120g of tamarind or 1/3 of this package
bunch of cilantro for garnish
2 shallots (minced)
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
10g of ginger (minced)
1/4 cup of fish sauce
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of natural mushroom seasoning
1 egg
1 tbsp of sriracha
1 tbsp of ketchup
