I'll be honest, we were a little hesitant visiting this restaurant as we often veer towards less traditional settings and more unique Michelins. Boy were we wrong! This restaurant exceeded our expectations!
The menu started at a delicious and beautiful linear pace, but as the meals progressed, each dished was exponentially better than the last, and each new dish became our favourite of the evening!
Chef, William Bradley has a multitude of technical expertise in different types of cuisine, which we witness that evening. Each dish was perfectly executed and blew us away. He was also such a kind, welcoming chef and was so engaged with us and his guests!
We would highly recommend this restaurant, and will be back anytime we're in the area! It was one of our top Michelin Restaurants for the year!
