Q1: Can you tell us a bit about Ametek?

Ametek is a very large corporation. Ametek compliance test solutions is made of four companies, Teseq, EM Test, IFI (Instruments for Industry), and Omega are all merged together to become Ametek compliance test solutions.

Q2: As I understand, people go to you when they'e looking to fulfill IEC, ISO, and MIL-STD. I know they are popular in the test equipment industry, and your products fulfill dozens of them, correct?

We are the number one in the industry for IEC testing and also for ISO. For automotive testing we do an ISO system for doing ISO 7637-2 and many of the other standards in the automotive testing area.

Q3: Ametek is number one in the world for automotive transient test systems, would you say that is accurate?

Yeah, there were two major companies that were in the automotive test arena and it was Teseq and EM Test and they were number one and number two in the world. When Ametek purchased them and brought them together, we kept being number one in the world. #SDTES #AutomotiveTesting #AutomotiveTransient
