HCD LTD has been contracted by a major house builder to complete Demolition and clear the site, of the former CROWN WORKS (METAL BOX) Worcester.

The site comprises of a 15 acre site which is being cleared for 240 new houses and buildings.

The CROWN GATE Works are constructed of steel covered buildings with cement asbestos roofing sheets over a whole site and the main factory production area has a very large basement area.

The Duration will require 25 weeks to clearer all the buildings plus remove all concrete floor slabs and foundation to a depth of 2.5 meters deep. All the materials deemed suitable will be crushed to 6f 2 and as requested to be left on site for re-use by the end client.

HCD Demolition will be bring in their state of the art - large fleet of D-Rigs and Attachments to carry out all the works to deliver the site on time and within the clients Budget.
