A 12-year-old boy is in critical condition after being attacked by a bull shark while jumping off rocks at Vaucluse in Sydney Harbour. His friends jumped into the water to rescue him, and water police responded within minutes to provide emergency treatment. The National Parks Service has closed beaches near the attack site, with murky water conditions from recent heavy rain prompting warnings to avoid more than 20 swimming spots around the harbour.
