Witchcraft gets right to the heart of our sin and sinful natures. Witchcraft is the attempt to control people and get them to do what you want by any spirit which is not the Holy Spirit. Witchcraft uses three key features to get people to do what you want: manipulation, intimidation, and domination. At the root of all witchcraft is rebellion. Rebellion open the door to this demonic force. So if you want deliverance from witchcraft you usually need to deal with rebellion as well ( Derek prince witchcraft deliverance ). In the family life and marriage. Another great teaching on this is Derek Prince witchcraft exposed and defeated. Derek Prince explains that witchcraft obscures the cross and the gospel message.
