#61 Laravel 11 Tutorial with MongoDB | Product Filter (II) | Products Sorting | Sort by Price

This is Part 61 of the Laravel 11 Tutorial in which we are building the e-commerce website with Laravel as the front end and MongoDB as the back end. We will continue working on Product filters and this time we will do it without a refresh of the page via Ajax.

1) Download filters.js file:-
First, download the filters.js file from sitemakers.in

Please join as a Member or Get it free by following the steps at the bottom*

After downloading the filters.js file, move it to your project folder /public/front/js/

2) Update layout.blade.php file :-
Include this filters.js file in the layout file after custom.js file

3) Update listing.blade.php file :-
Add getsort class to sortProducts select box located at listing.blade.php file

Add appendProducts id to div that includes ajax_products_listing

4) Update custom.js file:-
Comment earlier filters script

5) Update ajax_products_listing.blade.php file :-
Remove pagination from listing.blade.php and add it to ajax_products_listing.blade.php file

6) Update listing function:-
Update the listing function at ProductsController and add Ajax condition to return the products

6) Update ProductController
Include below class at top of ProductController
use Illuminate\Support\Facades\View;
