Source SDK 2013 Scripted Tool Gun (CFG Command)

Description:
This my janky Tool Gun that I am working on. It took a while to make but I cant take credit for all of it because the welding tool's, scale tools and follow tools I took from the universal spawn menu. https:/www.moddb.com/mods/universal-vgui-spawn-menu.

How its used:
You would press C and it would toggle it on and off. You can 1-8 for the tools and the numpad keys for options and primary fire for the main tool but for the select tool and weld tool's they required more like secondary fire and R key.
