Spicy Cherry Pepper Aioli

I’ll confess: I’m addicted to this spicy, tangy aioli—creamy garlic base, punchy lemon, and a kick from pickled cherry peppers.
It’s the kind of sauce you’ll slather on everything, even if it means finishing a jar in a week.
Creamy garlic meets bright lemon
Heat from briny cherry peppers
Rich, velvety texture that clings to fries, sandwiches, or grilled veggies
Ingredients:
4 garlic cloves, minced
½ lemon, juiced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 pasteurized egg
1 cup olive oil
½ cup pickled hot cherry peppers
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Blend garlic, lemon juice, mustard, and egg until smooth.
2. With blender running, slowly pour in oil until thickened.
3. Add ¼ cup cherry peppers; blend until smooth (will thin slightly). Season with salt/pepper.
4. Stir in extra peppers to taste. Chill until serving.
Pro Tips:
Use leftover pepper brine for extra tang.
Spread on sandwiches, grilled meats, or roasted veggies.
