OpenMC is one of the leading tools for molten salt reactor simulation. It is open source and you can find more information here:

Copenhagen Atomics has assembled a number of tools into a package called CAD_to_OpenMC, which allow you to convert .STEP files into a geometry which OpenMC can simulate.

Disclamer: Current version is 0.2.2, thus the CAD_to_OpenMC is work in progress and it may throw warnings or errors with some CAD files
