In this episode, we are sharing our family adventures during our 2023 Oahu trip. We stayed at Marriott Vacation Club in Ko' Olina, where we are showing a walking tour of the resort to get to know the amenities. We truly enjoyed the pools, lagoon, foods, live performances and sunsets while at this resort.
Short trip to Kahala Beach, drove around the island to enjoy some foods anywhere from the Leonard's Malasadas Truck (Waikele), Boots and Kimo's (Kailua), Giovanni's Shrimp Truck (Kahuku), Beach House Restaurant (Turtle Bay Resort), Duke's Restaurant (Waikiki), as well as from the restaurants within Marriott's premises.
While in North Shore, appreciated the breathtaking ocean view at Laie Point, with unique volcanic rock formations, truly a must see!
This was a very special trip since it marked our 25th wedding anniversary. We decided to renew our wedding vows during this trip, from our humble unity in marriage at a city hall back in 1998 to reaching a remarkable 25 year milestone, it was just right to go for it.
Some other interesting things during this trip were: Custom made Owala Tumbler souvenir, read the book Cashflow Quadrants and mesmerized by the beauty of a parked Acura NSX near our hotel.
