Zu einer sich ständig verändernden Live-Klanglandschaft, erforscht Fauna die Gemeinsamkeiten und Kontraste zwischen der menschlichen Bewegung und den instinktiven, ursprünglichen Verhaltensweisen im Tierreich. Fauna ist eine innovative, multidisziplinäre und zeitgenössische Circusshow, die höchste Akrobatik und physisches Theater mit Live-Musik kombiniert.

Fauna besticht durch das einzigartig hohe akrobatische Level der Performer. Dennoch liegt die eigentliche Besonderheit der Show in ihrem Detailreichtum. Die sechs Weltklassedarsteller lassen sich Zeit für jede Interaktion und betören mit feiner Mimik und Gestik, die die ungewöhnliche Akrobatik bereichert und ergänzt. Fauna ist nicht nur Akrobatik, zeitgenössischer Circus, Theater oder Musik, sondern eine völlig immersive Erfahrung.

Das Dreamteam von Fauna, welches bereits mit führenden Circuscompagnien wie Gravity and other myths, 7 Fingers, Poivre Rose und No Fit State Circus die Welt bespielt, fand 2016 zusammen, nach Abschluss der Circusschule in Stockholm. Beim Adelaide Fringe Festival spielten sie ihre Premiere und nun kommen die vielfachen Preisgewinner erstmals nach Berlin, um auch hier ihren Zauber zu verbreiten.

Set to a constantly evolving live-soundscape, Fauna explores the similarities and contrasts between the human movement and the instinctual, primal behaviours within the animal kingdom. Fauna is an innovative, multidisciplinary and contemporary circus show that combines acrobatic skills and physical theater with live music.

Fauna impresses with the uniquely high acrobatic level of the performers. Nevertheless, the real innovation offered by Fauna is the complete attention to detail. The six world class performers take their time for every interaction and tell their stories with exquisite gestures and acting, which enriches and complements the unusual acrobatics. Fauna is not just acrobatics, contemporary circus, theatre, or music, but a wholly immersive production.

The Dreamteam of Fauna, which already performed with leading circus companies such as Gravity and other myths, 7 Fingers, Poivre Rose and No Fit State Circus, founded the company in 2016 after their completion of the Circus school in Stockholm. At the Adelaide Fringe Festival, they played their premiere and now the multiple award winning show is coming to Berlin for the first time to spread their magic.
