On the 18th March, the University of Helsinki is organised an exclusive online event for the UK education sector titled, Inspired by Finland: The Future of Education.
The event brought together some of Finland's top education officials, researchers and teachers, to talk about Finland's world-leading education system and the work the University of Helsinki is doing in this field.
The was the first of many events for the UK organised by the University of Helsinki, which is hoping to increase collaboration and partnerships with key stakeholders in the UK education sector.

Jussi Saramo, Finnish Minister of Education
Sari Lindblom, Rector of the University of Helsinki and Professor of Higher Education
Minna Huotilainen, Professor of Cognitive Science and Director of the university's Changing Education International Master's Programme
Jaana Silvennoinen , Vice Principal of Helsinki Normal Lyceum Secondary School, one of two teacher training schools at the University of Helsinki
