Описание: Wonder is a quality of mind and heart that lifts our spirits and allows us to release, even momentarily, the thought-mediated constructs of fear, worry, and self-absorption that preoccupy us. By "wonder," I refer not so much to intellectual curiosity--"I wonder why . . ."-- as a sense of awe and a willingness to be touched by life. Wonder brings us into closer contact with the moment that is here and now and opens our hearts.
