Most versions of Windows come with a sound bank (gm.dls) which is heavily based on the SCC-1. From Vista onward, for whatever reason, MIDI playback was somewhat gimped, muting drums or other channels at random, most easily heard in the NIN Head Like a Hole MIDI. This upload circumvents that, resulting in proper playback, very closely resembling what was heard by Windows95 and 98 users at the time. This upload includes all the of the MIDIs contained in the "legitimate" DWANGO wads, excluding MIDIs ripped from the Doom iwads. YouTube has a description length limit apparently so I've pinned the tracklist as a comment.
