Описание: Kaiser Permanente (KP) Northern California patients share their experiences with the KP Phototherapy Project which has allowed them to treat skin conditions such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis (eczema), and vitiligo at home with narrowband ultraviolet B phototherapy devices. Use of this equipment at home has allowed patients to reduce treatment costs, improve access, and reduce medication burden. Clinical pharmacists initiate and adjust home phototherapy doses and doses of related medications under collaborative drug therapy management protocols.
